Your memories, in your voice

The stories your family always asks for—finally written down.

From memory to keepsake

You bring the life.
Arakel helps with the page.

Explore the same memory at each stage. The words stay yours while the story becomes easier to read, keep, and share.

What did the kitchen sound like when everyone was home?

Specific questions make it easier to begin. No blank page. No pressure to write your whole life at once.

Arakel

A gentler way to begin

One memory is enough for today.

A life story grows the way a life does: moment by moment.

01

Answer one good question

Begin with a prompt that opens a real memory—not a blank page. A sentence is enough to start.

02

Keep the truth. Shape the telling.

Arakel helps organize your words into a readable narrative. You stay in control of the facts and final edit.

03

Watch a life take shape

Stories gather into chapters and a timeline, with your photographs and optional illustrations beside them.

04

Share only when it feels right

Keep every memory private, or create a password-protected family page you can switch off at any time.

Your life is not content

Made for memories.
Not an audience.

A private place for the parts of life that matter. Nothing is shared until you deliberately decide to share it.

Why Arakel?

A message sent forward.

Arakel (Արաքել) is an Armenian name connected to “one who is sent.”

The product began as a way to preserve one family’s stories. It is now for every parent, grandparent, friend, and curious person whose memories deserve more than a camera roll or a box in the attic.

Your life is the message. Arakel helps you send it forward.

Before you begin

The honest answers.

Do I need to be a writer?

Not at all. Arakel starts with a specific question and helps with structure and phrasing. Your memories and meaning remain the heart of every chapter.

Who can see my stories?

Your account is private by default. Family sharing is optional and uses a personal link plus a password that you choose.

Does Arakel change what I said?

Arakel can polish an answer into a narrative, but you review the result and remain the editor. The goal is to preserve your facts, meaning, and voice.

What does it cost to begin?

You can create an account and begin your first memory without entering payment information. If paid features are introduced or expanded, they will be clearly identified before you use them.

Can I delete my information?

Yes. Account settings include permanent deletion of your profile, memories, timeline, and uploaded media.
